What is an Affiliate?

Our Affiliates Program allows our Affiliates -- that could be you -- to make money from sales that come to us from your site.

How much can I make?

Your commission is based on how much you sell. You'll receice 12% on any purchases made on our site that came from your site.

How often do I get paid?

There can be a significant difference between booked sales and shipped revenue. Booked sales are the products customers ask for, and shipped revenue is what they actually pay for, which we only charge when the product is shipped to them. Sometimes people change their mind, and we have a liberal return policy that allows them to do that -- after all, we want our customers happy! Or sometimes, a purchase is fradulent and never ships. In any case, your commission is computed only based on revenue that we receive after we ship the customer's products. That's when we make the money on the sale, and so that's when we pass your percentage on to you.

Because our return policy allows returns within 30 days, we can't really compute the shipped revenue until after that time has elapsed. That's why our Affiliates Agreement allows us as long as it does to send you your Affiliate checks. Also, we do not send out commission checks for less than than our minimum amount. (Please check our Affiliates Agreement for specifics.) So if you do not receive a check each month, this may be the reason why.

You can check your account Sales Report at any time by logging onto your account.

How do I get started?

First, read our Affiliates Agreement, then fill out the Affiliate Application form. Our Affiliate Liaisons (who are very friendly!) will be back to you shortly with the code to use that will give you credit for referred purchases.

Then you will need to set up a link to our site from yours. It's easy! You can use text or graphics that we supply, from our image library.
